  • Carly Jerla, Bureau of Reclamation’s Colorado River Post-2026 Program Manager, will be speaking about her exciting career, where she is currently leading the process to develop future operations for the Colorado River, which provides water to 40 million people in the U.S. Southwest. She’ll also discuss her leadership journey and advice for future leaders.

She will highlight the importance of this year's theme: Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

  • Distinguishing & Extinguishing Burnout with Melissa Pascucci, BlueCross BlueShield Wellness Nurse Consultant: Feeling pressure at work? Learn more about dealing with work-related burnout, its causes, and how to prevent it. We will discuss resilience and its role in overcoming challenges and managing stress, as well as self-care strategies such as healthy eating and physical activity. These strategies are essential for managing stress, preventing burnout, and maintaining overall wellbeing.
